OUR SYSTEMS

Our systems involvement can be categorized into three areas. The first deals with a total custom solution where Micro Automation Inc. would develop and manufacture the control system for a specific application. This could include a system that is not readily available from off the shelf products due to speed constraints. It could include proprietary technology for a specific customer. It could also include a dedicated tester for product verification in the manufacturing process.

The second deals with Micro Automation Inc. working together with a mechanical partner to provide a complete machine solution. The mechanical partner can be the original customer or a machine builder specified by the customer or Micro Automation Inc. The control components would be from Micro Automation Inc. The third deals with Micro Automation Inc. working together with a mechanical partner as indicated above. The control system would be taken from off the shelf components and designed to customer specifications. We have extensive experience in applying touch screens, motion control systems, modern drive technology and programming of PLC's.
